1 Introduction

Welcome to td7772 (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "td7772", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and td7772, governing your use of the website located at https://td7772.cam and all related services, features, content and functionality made available through the Platform.

td7772 is an English-language online gaming information and platform site targeting Pakistani users. We provide sports betting, live casino, cricket markets and educational resources on responsible gambling. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any person who accesses or otherwise uses the Platform in any capacity.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent or affiliate of td7772 or any of its associated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information. td7772 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account found to have been registered using inaccurate or fraudulent information.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single User (whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request — and at such other times as td7772 may determine necessary for compliance purposes — you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, or a valid Pakistani passport.
• Proof of Address (where required): A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence in your name, dated within the preceding 90 days.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph of you holding your photo ID, or completion of a guided liveness-detection process.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify td7772 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. td7772 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method that is (a) listed as available in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction, and (b) registered in your own name. td7772 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Payment methods that may be available for Pakistani users include, but are not limited to, bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and mobile payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. These are referenced for informational context only and do not constitute endorsement of the Platform by any named payment provider.

The minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to your Account are displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. All deposit amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that has been previously used to deposit funds into your Account or otherwise verified as belonging to you.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and may be subject to additional review if the amount triggers AML checks or if documentation is outstanding. td7772 does not guarantee specific processing windows. Any applicable withdrawal fees will be disclosed in the cashier before you confirm the transaction.

5.3 Refused or Returned Transactions

td7772 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other compliance concern. In such cases, td7772 may request additional documentation before releasing any funds.

6 Bonus & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to individual bonus terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. By opting into any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific bonus terms. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement would require total qualifying wagers of PKR 1,50,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Activity

While a bonus is active, you may be subject to a maximum bet limit per round or spin. Exceeding this limit may, at td7772's discretion, result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet limit will be stated in the specific bonus terms.

6.4 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games and certain other titles may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The game contribution schedule for each promotion will be published in the relevant bonus terms.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and free spins will expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant bonus terms. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be forfeited.

6.6 Abuse of Promotions

td7772 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, systematic exploitation of promotional offers or any other conduct that undermines the fair operation of the Platform.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All game outcomes on the Platform are governed by the rules of the individual game or betting market as presented at the time of play. In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game round, td7772 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the staked amount to the User's Account balance.

For sports betting markets — including cricket markets covering PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — td7772 adopts standard sportsbook rules for void, deferred or interrupted events. These rules will be published in the sportsbook help section. td7772 has no official partnership or affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any affiliated team. References to these bodies are for sports context only.

td7772 reserves the right to limit, suspend or restrict betting activity on any market, account or event at its sole discretion and without prior notice. This includes the right to set maximum winnings per event, per market and per account.

8 User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to and are bound by the following obligations:

• To provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC and any subsequent communication with td7772.
• To use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.
• To not use the Platform if you are aware that you are prohibited from doing so under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• To not attempt to circumvent any security, verification or fraud-prevention measure on the Platform.
• To keep your Account login credentials confidential and to not share access with any third party.
• To inform td7772 promptly if you wish to self-exclude from the Platform or if you believe your gambling is causing harm.
• To use responsible gambling tools available on the Platform where appropriate.
• To not use any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person without authorisation.
• Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures or sportsbook markets.
• Attempting to gain access to another User's Account without authorisation.
• Introducing malware, viruses or any harmful code to the Platform's infrastructure.
• Reproducing, scraping, distributing or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from td7772.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

Where td7772 determines that a User has engaged in any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the Account, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and pursue civil or criminal legal remedies where appropriate.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, distribute or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without express written permission from td7772. Any unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td7772 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if td7772 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. td7772 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. td7772 does not guarantee any specific game outcome, payout or jackpot amount.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude td7772's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

td7772 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated in bad faith;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational or legal risk to td7772;
• td7772 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or court order.

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the resolution of any active investigations.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any withdrawal of real-money funds at the time of closure will be subject to standard KYC verification and processing requirements.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td7772 is licensed and operates, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between you and td7772, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures published on the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

td7772 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users, which may include a notification via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
